Question: How secure the cards will be during the reception?
Answer: Our trademarked design for all our card boxes is what makes us very popular. The elegance and perfection is just what we are! The very concept of how the card box is designed - is to hold & secure the cards for you during the event.

Question: What do you use to cover the card boxes and centerpieces?
Answer: For colors that are requested and not currently in our existing gallery seldom are made of different type of fabric but otherwise all card boxes and centerpieces are covered with good quality.

Question: What if I cannot find my color scheme?
Answer: For colors that are not currently available in our website, you can contact us for your request and for price quote.

Question: I added monogram to my card box, how do I give you the initials I want to use?
Answer: For monogram order, you will have to email us the information you want on the monogram. You have to include your Order Number in the "Subject" line of your email. To avoid mistake, please provide us the BRIDE'S 1st name - GROOM'S last name - GROOM'S 1st name.

Question: Do you give discounts on orders of big quantities?
Answer: Yes. For orders that include a "whole package" or a "theme package" with Centerpieces, you will have to contact us for your request and price quote.

Question: What is your ETA?
Answer: Sashes is 1-2 weeks, Bouquet is 4-6 weeks and cardboxes is 3-4 weeks.

Question: Do you ship international?
Answer:  We ship within the 48 contiguous US states and Canada ONLY.

Question: When is the best time to order my card box in reference to my wedding date?
Answer: The best time to put your order or finalized your order for a Card box is 1-2 months before your wedding date. And if your order includes a "whole package" or a "theme package" with Centerpieces, the best time is 4 months before your wedding date.

Question: Do you accept rush orders?
Answer: Yes. We work with production schedule, so any rush order will be charged of additional fee.

Question: How can I compute or know my shipping cost?
Answer: When you have picked-up your item, proceed to Check out and there you will be asked to enter your zip code and the shipping cost for that state will be displayed. This is not the final process yet so do not worry if you decided not to go through with the purchase.

Question: Will I receive a shipment tracking information for my package?
Answer: Yes. Once your order has been packed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email that will contain your USPS tracking number so you can track the status of your order during transit.

Question: What are your payment options?
Answer: The Wedding Main St. accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments.

Question: When I try to pay my order, I was redirected to Paypal website and asked me to login. I do not have a Paypal account?
Answer:The Wedding Main St. uses Paypal shopping cart and payment option for a secure online shopping. During checkout, you have the option to pay with your Paypal account (log in if you have one) or pay with your credit card.

Question: What is your return policy?
